Return Request Period

At Ravinae, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving the product.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Explain the reason for the return

  4. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or customized products


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
